01Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you (or the organization you represent) and AdamAGI Inc (“AdamAGI”) for use of adamagi.com, the console and the API (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you accept them. If you accept on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
02Accounts and API keys
- You must be at least 16 and give accurate account information.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and API keys. Keep keys secret, and rotate or revoke any key you believe is exposed.
- Organization owners control their organization’s members, keys, limits and data.
03Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- break the law, infringe others’ rights, or create content that exploits or harms children;
- build malware, attack systems, or run spam, fraud or deceptive campaigns;
- violate the usage policies of the model providers your requests are routed to;
- probe, overload or circumvent the Service’s security, rate limits or billing;
- resell raw access to the Service without our written permission.
We may suspend accounts or keys that put the Service or others at risk, and will tell you why unless the law or security prevents it.
04Your content
You keep all rights to the inputs you send and, to the extent the law allows, to the outputs you receive. You give us permission to process them only to provide, secure and support the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not train models on your content. Outputs come from AI models and may be inaccurate; review them before you rely on them.
05Credits and billing
- Usage is charged per token at the prices shown on our site and in the console, deducted from your organization’s prepaid credit balance.
- Requests may be refused when the balance runs out or a spending limit is reached.
- Promotional credits, such as the sign-up credit, have no cash value and may expire.
- We may change prices with notice; changes do not affect usage that has already happened.
06Third-party models
The Service routes requests to models from third parties such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google and xAI. Their availability, behavior and policies are outside our control, and we may add, change or retire models.
07Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change features, and will give reasonable notice before removing anything material.
08Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or must do so by law. Unused promotional credits end with the account.
09Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the same extent, AdamAGI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits or data.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer protections where you live still apply.
11Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and, for material changes, notify account holders before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept them.
