Privacy Policy

Effective

The short version: we collect what we need to run your account and your API requests, we never train models on your content, we don’t sell your data, and you can ask us to export or delete it at any time.

01Who we are

AdamAGI Inc (“AdamAGI”, “we”, “us”) operates adamagi.com, the console at console.adamagi.com and the API at api.adamagi.com (together, the “Service”). This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit the site, create an account or use the Service.

For accounts and API use, AdamAGI is the controller of your account information. For content you send through the API, we act on your instructions as a processor on behalf of you or your organization.

02Information we collect

You give us

  • Account details: your name, email address and profile image, and the organizations you create or join.
  • Sign-in with Google or GitHub: if you choose it, we receive your name, email address, profile image and a provider account identifier. We do not receive your password, and we do not request access to your email, files, contacts or calendar.
  • Support messages you send us.

Created when you use the Service

  • API content: the prompts, files and other inputs you send and the outputs returned (“Content”).
  • Request traces that record what happened during a request (model, timings, tool calls and errors). Traces may include Content, so you and we can debug and observe your agents.
  • Usage and billing records: tokens, requests, cost, credit grants and balance per organization and API key.
  • API keys: we store only a keyed hash and a short prefix of each key, never the full key.
  • Security and audit logs: sign-ins, key changes and administrative actions, with IP address, browser and timestamps.

From your browser

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to protect the Service. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers, and we do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising.

03How we use information

  • To provide the Service: authenticate you, run your requests, route them to the model you choose and return the results.
  • To meter usage, keep your credit balance and enforce the limits you or your organization set.
  • To secure the Service: detect abuse, fraud and unauthorized access, and keep audit records.
  • To support you, and to send service messages such as security notices and changes to these terms.
  • To comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.

04Your content and model training

We do not use your Content to train or fine-tune AI models, and we do not sell it. Model providers process Content only to return a response to your request, under their API terms, which restrict training on API data.

05Google user data

When you sign in with Google we receive only your basic profile: name, email address and profile picture. We use this solely to create and sign in to your AdamAGI account and to show who you are inside the console.

AdamAGI’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, we do not use it to train AI models, and humans do not read it except with your consent, for security purposes, or to comply with law.

06Who we share information with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the Service, under contracts that limit their use of it:

  • Clerk: authentication and account management.
  • Amazon Web Services: hosting, databases and storage, in the United States.
  • Cloudflare: DNS and network protection.
  • Model providers you select, such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google and xAI: they receive the Content of your requests to generate responses.
  • Payment processors, once paid top-ups are available.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users or the Service, or as part of a merger or acquisition, in which case this policy will continue to apply.

07How long we keep it

  • Account information: for as long as your account exists.
  • Request traces: until you or your organization delete them or close the account.
  • Usage, billing and audit records: as long as needed for accounting, security and legal obligations, typically up to 7 years.
  • When you delete your account we delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we must keep it by law.

08Security

Traffic is encrypted with TLS. API keys are stored only as keyed hashes (HMAC-SHA256), databases and disks are encrypted at rest, and administrative access is restricted to a small number of staff and recorded in audit logs. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will notify you as required by law.

09Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR or California law), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can update your profile and delete API keys in the console at any time.

To exercise any right, email privacy@adamagi.com. We will respond within 30 days and will not discriminate against you for making a request. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

You can remove AdamAGI’s access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

10International transfers

We are based in, and store data in, the United States. If you use the Service from elsewhere, your information is transferred to the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

11Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify account holders by email or in the console before they take effect.
